We are looking for a seasoned Client Partner with expertise in Client Engagement and Business Development to accelerate growth, build stronger ties with executive-level clients, and uncover new business prospects while securing long-term customer success.

Responsibilities
  • Take ownership as the trusted lead for the customer relationship, cultivating strong, lasting connections with C-level executives and key stakeholders through a flexible approach that helps clients meet their goals
  • Lead account expansion efforts and spot new business prospects, working alongside senior leadership to develop and implement account growth strategies
  • Gain a thorough understanding of EPAM's full range of technology and business services, customizing and aligning them with each client's specific requirements
  • Own the account P&L entirely, overseeing financial performance, revenue goals, profitability, and resource planning
  • Function as the key connector between the client, internal delivery teams, and Business Unit (BU) leaders, working in tandem with delivery management to guarantee smooth project delivery
  • Contribute to business development efforts by vetting opportunities, assisting with RFPs, developing proposals, and supporting deal closures
Requirements
  • At least 4 years of experience in client engagement, business development, or technology management, having served in roles such as Account Manager, Program Manager, Sales Executive, or comparable leadership positions
  • A demonstrated ability to grow accounts, expand business, and build high-trust relationships with clients
  • Hands-on experience managing account P&Ls, paired with a strong grasp of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), current technology trends, and enterprise applications
  • Solid relationship-building capabilities backed by an existing professional network within the region, with prior work involving Financial Services and/or Energy clients considered a significant advantage
  • Working knowledge of contemporary software development processes and methodologies
  • Strong spoken and written communication abilities in both Greek and English, along with the skill to effectively manage complex stakeholder relationships
