Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and support advanced ML models
- Conduct research and experiments with varied datasets to optimize ML model outcomes
- Manage complex data workflows with precision and effectiveness
- Expand expertise in the field while monitoring industry developments
- Improve development processes and pipelines, including data collection tools and production deployment, focusing on CI/CD
- Remain informed about technological progress and trends in data science and AI
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to encourage knowledge sharing and growth
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in machine learning and MLOps with a record of successful AI/ML solutions
- Demonstrated ability in research and experimentation to improve AI/ML model outcomes
- Competency in managing all phases of project lifecycle, from business analysis to product implementation
- Expertise in Python for developing reliable and high-quality code; familiarity with version control systems such as Git
- Proficiency in databases and SQL including MS SQL and Snowflake
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud platform including SageMaker, Step Functions, Glue, Lambda, SQS, ECS, S3, ECR, CloudWatch, IAM, MWAA
- Understanding of containers and orchestration tools such as Docker and CI/CD
- Ability to work remotely and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Background in financial markets
- English proficiency at B2 level or above required
