Senior Machine Learning Engineer
We are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer with extensive experience in Data Science to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems. You'll be working on cutting-edge projects that involve Natural Language Processing and modern language modelling techniques. Responsibilities
- Design and develop advanced machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems
- Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to develop and train models
- Deploy models to production using Amazon SageMaker and other relevant tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and opportunities for machine learning solutions
- Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in machine learning and data science
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing and implementing machine learning models and algorithms
- Excellent programming skills in Python
- Proven experience in Natural Language Processing, including classification, Named Entity Recognition (NER), and sentiment analysis
- Familiarity with modern language modelling techniques, such as transformers
- Experience working with Amazon SageMaker for model training and deployment
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Fluent English language skills with an Upper-Intermediate level
Nice to have
- Experience working with AWS Comprehend, AWS Lambda, and AWS API Gateway
- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
- Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Hive
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
