We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our ModelOps & Automated Controls team.

This role involves architecting and enhancing machine learning model deployment pipelines using AWS services, guiding internal clients on product adoption, and resolving operational issues. You will play a key role in enabling efficient deployment processes for data scientists across the organization while ensuring compliance through automation.

Responsibilities

Enhance and architect new functionalities for the Model deployment pipeline
Ensure automation of controls and compliance within the deployment processes
Collaborate with data scientists to facilitate seamless integration of ML models into the pipeline
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to model deployment and operational workflows
Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on leveraging deployment tools
Maintain high-quality documentation for tools and processes for internal adoption
Work cross-functionally to align deployment pipelines with organizational goals and requirements

Requirements

3+ years of experience with Python for development and scripting
3+ years of expertise in AWS Cloud services, including Lambda, S3, and Step Functions
Proficiency in AWS Cloud ML tools, particularly SageMaker
Strong understanding of architecture and best practices for deploying machine learning models at scale
Strong written and verbal English communication skills (B2+)
