We are seeking a Senior / Lead Business Analyst to drive the analysis and documentation of business requirements for P&C underwriting solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards while leading agile teams and managing senior stakeholder relationships.
Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for P&C underwriting solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards
- Act as Scrum Master for agile teams, facilitating ceremonies, removing impediments and driving continuous improvement
- Engage and manage relationships with senior client stakeholders, understanding their strategic goals and translating them into actionable requirements
- Gather, analyze and prioritize requirements from multiple cross-functional streams, ensuring comprehensive coverage and traceability
- Validate that all business and technical requirements are addressed and traceable before UAT, coordinating with QA and business teams to ensure readiness
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements, user stories, process flows and acceptance criteria
- Communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior analysts and team members
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and proactively recommend solutions to ensure successful delivery
Requirements
- 6-14 years of experience in business analysis
- Expertise in Business Analysis, Requirement Gathering and Stakeholder Management
- Proficiency in BRD and FRD documentation
- Knowledge of P&C Insurance
