We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior/Lead Automation QA Engineer with expertise in Python, AI technologies, and automated testing frameworks. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and performance of an advanced AI Assistant platform integrated into a customer’s portal.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to cover functional, performance, and usability requirements of the AI solution
- Validate features such as automated business plan generation, export readiness analysis, and grant/loan application optimization through functional and non-functional testing
- Evaluate AI output accuracy and relevance using real-life scenarios and benchmarking tools
- Conduct load and stress testing to validate system scalability and reliability under varying conditions
- Test APIs for security, data handling, and compliance during integration phases
- Collaborate with developers to debug and resolve application defects while ensuring "secure-by-design" principles
- Implement automated testing strategies to enable continuous validation of functionality throughout SDLC
- Document test procedures, results, and reporting processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory compliance
Requirements
- Proven experience in automated testing with at least 3+ years in a QA role
- Proficiency in AI and Prompt Engineering concepts
- Expertise in test automation frameworks and regression testing methodologies
- Skills in testing APIs, web services, and data handling processes
- Competency in collaborating within Agile environments and utilizing practices for iterative development
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills with a focus on secure design principles
- Flexibility to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Familiarity with testing AI-driven solutions and ensuring results meet real-world requirements
- English level of minimum B2 (Upper-Intermediate) for effective communication
Nice to have
- Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and client communications
- Previous experience in testing AI-driven solutions
- Familiarity with tools like CodeMie for testing automation
- Understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Previous exposure to agile development methodologies and related tools
