We're looking for a Senior / Lead AI Engineer – GenAI Solutions to join our team in Cyprus in a hybrid working mode. This role offers an opportunity to shape advanced AI solutions that drive innovation and create tangible business value. As part of this position, you will contribute to building scalable, intelligent systems, leveraging Generative AI and large-scale data solutions to enable smarter decision-making and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Build and operationalize machine-learning models for document processing
- Design and deploy AI solutions to extract insights from complex legal documents using Generative AI
- Develop and implement Agentic AI solutions with LLM-based planning, reasoning, and multi-agent workflows
- Build AI agents capable of executing tasks across enterprise systems and knowledge sources
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to define AI-driven solutions
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering roles
- Proficiency in Python and PySpark for data pipelining and ingestion
- Strong understanding of data engineering patterns for large-scale pipelines
- Experience with LLM-powered applications and Agentic AI architectures
- Familiarity with RAG solutions, prompt engineering, and AI testing methodologies
- Knowledge of LLM deployment, governance, and responsible AI practices
- Sound understanding of ML, deep learning, and MLOps principles
- Hands-on experience with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, and LLM orchestration (LangChain, LangGraph, or Microsoft Agent Framework)
Nice to have
- Expertise in Generative AI or NLP
- Experience with vector databases and semantic-search technologies
- Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry and/or Microsoft Agent Framework
- Knowledge of insurance or reinsurance domain
- Exposure to production-grade AI deployments with monitoring and maintenance
