We are looking for a Senior JavaScript Full Stack Developer to join our remote team. Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining JavaScript and React-based web applications. You will work alongside cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of software solutions. This role requires a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to design and develop high-quality software solutions using JavaScript and React.js
  • Maintain and update existing JavaScript codebases, ensuring their scalability and performance
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues within the software and develop effective solutions
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the software development process
  • Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality and compliance with best practices
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
Requirements
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in developing, designing, and maintaining JavaScript and React-based web applications
  • In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and web components
  • Strong experience with Node.js and React.js
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
  • Strong time-management skills, capable of working on multiple activities simultaneously and delivering to tight timelines
  • Proactive and detail-oriented mindset, comfortable in a dynamic environment with fast-paced deliveries and changing requirements
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English (B2+ level)
