Senior JavaScript Full Stack Developer
We are searching for a Senior JavaScript Full Stack Developer to join our remote team. As an experienced developer, you will have a Bachelor's degree in Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related field. You will have at least 3 years of experience in developing, designing, and maintaining JavaScript and React. Your expertise in Node.js, React.js, CSS, and HTML will allow you to build complex applications with multiple stakeholders while being able to work to very tight timelines on multiple detailed activities simultaneously. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills are a must, as is the ability to work independently and apply your own initiative. As a Senior developer, you will be a proactive and detail-oriented individual who is comfortable working in a dynamic environment with fast-paced deliveries and changing requirements.
- Develop and maintain web applications using JavaScript, React, Node.js, HTML5 and CSS
- Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business objectives
- Participate in design reviews and code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and design patterns
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process, including test automation and deployment
- Liaise with stakeholders, including business analysts and project managers, to understand business requirements and provide technical input
- Mentor junior developers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow and succeed
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in developing, designing and maintaining in JavaScript and React
- Experience in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and web components is required
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
- Good verbal and written communication and organizational skills
- Demonstrable experience of being able to work to very tight timelines on multiple detailed activities simultaneously
- Able to operate successfully in a matrix environment
- Proficient in English language, with at least an Upper-Intermediate level competency for hassle-free communication with the team and stakeholders
