Senior JavaScript Full Stack Developer
We are looking for a Senior JavaScript Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic and remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, designing, and maintaining JavaScript and React-based applications. You will leverage your extensive experience with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, web components, Node.js, and React.js to create high-quality software solutions. As a senior developer, you will be expected to use your strong analytical and problem-solving skills to debug complex issues and provide effective solutions. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders in a matrix environment, ensuring successful project delivery while adhering to very tight timelines.
Responsibilities
- Develop, design, and maintain JavaScript and React-based applications
- Debug complex issues and provide effective solutions to ensure successful project delivery
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders in a matrix environment to ensure project delivery adheres to very tight timelines
- Continuously improve the software development processes and practices of the team
- Mentor and train junior developers to elevate the overall technical expertise of the team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related field of study
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in developing, designing, and maintaining JavaScript and React-based applications
- Expertise in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, web components, Node.js, and React.js
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug complex issues and provide effective solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills
- Experience working with complex applications with multiple stakeholders
- Demonstrable experience of being able to work to very tight timelines on multiple detailed activities simultaneously
- Proactive and detail-oriented, yet comfortable working in a dynamic environment with fast-paced deliveries and changing requirements
- B2+ English level
