Senior JavaScript Full Stack Developer
We are looking for a Senior JavaScript Full Stack Developer to join our remote team. This role requires a highly motivated individual with 3+ years of hands-on experience in developing, designing, and maintaining JavaScript and React applications. You will work alongside cross-functional teams to develop complex applications with multiple stakeholders, utilizing your expertise in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and web components. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will be essential in debugging and troubleshooting issues. You will thrive in a dynamic environment with fast-paced deliveries and changing requirements while adhering to tight timelines.
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop, design, and maintain complex applications with multiple stakeholders
- Debug and troubleshoot issues, ensuring timely resolution of problems
- Deliver high-quality code that is scalable and maintainable
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality
- Continuously improve the development process through automation and optimization
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in web development to ensure the team is utilizing the most effective tools and methodologies
- Contribute to the development of technical documentation and user manuals
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in developing, designing, and maintaining JavaScript and React applications
- Expertise in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and web components
- Experience with Node.js and React.js
- Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills
- Proactive and detail-oriented, capable of working in a dynamic environment with fast-paced deliveries and changing requirements
- Highly motivated, able to work independently and apply own initiative
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in spoken and written English, allowing effective communication with cross-functional teams (B2+ level)

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with TypeScript or other programming languages
