Responsibilities

Architect and lead the development of exceptional web applications using React and AWS
Guide and develop a team of JavaScript developers, setting technical standards and promoting a culture of high performance
Maintain coding protocols and participate actively in code reviews
Collaborate effectively with product teams and stakeholders to define clear project requirements and develop efficient technical solutions
Optimize applications for enhanced efficiency and scalability
Develop strong solutions to solve complex business challenges
Integrate the latest technologies and methodologies into the development process
Continuously monitor and adjust application performance as necessary
Stay updated with the newest trends in web technology and integrate cutting-edge ideas where suitable
Demonstrate exemplary behavior, encouraging best practices in code health, testing, and sustainability

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in JavaScript development
Expertise in using AWS services and managing scalable cloud-based applications
Extensive experience with React and related technologies
Strong experience in unit testing with tools like Jest, Karma, or Mocha
Skilled in using build tools such as Webpack, Gulp, or Grunt
Profound knowledge of TypeScript and its use in large-scale projects
Expertise in HTML/CSS, emphasizing cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization
Knowledgeable in state management techniques and tools such as Redux or Flux
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, capable of clearly articulating complex technical details

Nice to have

Experience with server-side rendering technologies
Experience designing mobile-first responsive websites
Proficiency in additional cloud platforms like Google Cloud or Azure
