We are looking for a highly skilled Senior JavaScript Developer to join our remote team and work on designing and developing web applications. As a Senior JavaScript Developer, you will be responsible for developing complex web applications using ReactJS, Node.js, Redux, HTML5, CSS3, Typescript, JavaScript, Jest, and Mocha.
The ideal candidate will have at least 4-7 years of relevant hands-on experience in these technologies and a good understanding of source code configuration management software like GIT. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have a good understanding of Docker container and images and be a quick learner.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex web applications using ReactJS, Node.js, Redux, HTML5, CSS3, Typescript, JavaScript, Jest and Mocha
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality
- Ensure that the application meets performance, usability, and security requirements
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant hands-on experience in Angular, Node.js, Redux, HTML5, CSS3, Typescript, JavaScript, Jest, and Mocha
- Expertise in developing complex web applications using JavaScript frameworks like ReactJS and Node.js
- Strong knowledge of TypeScript and experience with Git and source code configuration management software
- Experience with Docker container and images
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of developing and delivering high-quality, robust code
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English at an Upper-Intermediate level
Nice to have
- Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms
- Knowledge of other front-end JavaScript frameworks like Vue.js or Ember.js
- Experience with Agile methodologies and practices
- Experience with mobile app development using React Native
