We are looking for a Senior JavaScript Developer to join our remote team. As a Senior JavaScript Developer, you will be responsible for developing high-quality software solutions using advanced technologies. You will play a critical role in driving the successful implementation of innovative solutions while fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality software solutions using advanced JavaScript frameworks like ReactJS, Angular, and AngularJS
- Collaborate with other developers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure that the software meets all specified requirements
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using TypeScript, optimizing the performance of the frontend systems
- Debug complex problems and provide scalable and performant solutions to enhance the overall functionality
- Ensure that all frontend systems comply with the customer's infrastructure and security standards, adhering to best practices
- Mentor and guide less experienced colleagues, taking part in programs to foster growth and learning within the team
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices, effectively explaining their benefits
- Perform code reviews, ensuring code quality and conformity with best practices
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements, continuously learning and improving technical skills
- Demonstrate proficiency in writing technical documentation, effectively documenting and communicating software design and implementation
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in JavaScript development, with a strong foundation in JavaScript fundamentals and object-oriented programming concepts
- Expertise in TypeScript, ReactJS, Angular, AngularJS for seamless frontend development
- Experience in HTML/CSS, with a deep understanding of web standards and best practices
- Proficiency in unit testing, ensuring the reliability and functionality of the software
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, demonstrating excellent communication and coordination skills
- Strong problem-solving and engineering thinking skills, and a strong algorithmic thinking ability
- Advanced English language skills (Upper-Intermediate level)
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Fusion, or readiness to learn, broadening the technical knowledge within the team
- Experience with other ServiceNow modules, enabling the development of a more comprehensive solution
