We are looking for a skilled Senior JavaScript Developer to join our remote team and help develop and deploy Mobile-Web client applications for clinical research data acquisition. As a member of the project team, you will be responsible for integrating clinical research data acquisition applications with backend project-specific databases. The ideal candidate will have experience working on software development projects and be able to contribute to the development of specifications, planning, and deployment scheduling processes. You will work closely with other team members such as Clinical Study Design, Software Quality Assurance, and Data Delivery to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy Mobile-Web client applications according to study specifications
- Integrate clinical research data acquisition applications with backend project-specific databases
- Participate as a software development member of a project team and contribute to the development of specifications, planning, and deployment scheduling processes
- Update and improve the functionality of standard libraries and develop semi-custom implementations for specific clients
- Manage the Development Life-Cycle of clinical trial study data collection applications
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in software development, with a focus on JavaScript
- Solid experience with Angular and Node.js frameworks
- Strong understanding of Git and Grunt
- Familiarity with HTML, JSON, Jasmine, and XML
- Experience with the development of Mobile-Web client applications
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with other team members, including Clinical Study Design, Software Quality Assurance, and Data Delivery
- Ability to adhere to relevant Clario Standard Operation Procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English at an Upper-Intermediate level
Nice to have
- Experience with agile software development methodologies
- Familiarity with other JavaScript frameworks such as React or Vue.js
- Experience with cloud-based development and deployment platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases
