We are looking for a Senior JavaScript Developer to join our team and work on an exciting clinical research project. In this role, you will develop and deploy Mobile-Web client applications according to the study specifications and integrate clinical research data acquisition applications with backend project-specific databases. You will be a part of a project team lead by a Project Manager and including contributors from Clinical Study Design, Software Quality Assurance, and Data Delivery. You will contribute to the development of specifications, planning, and deployment scheduling process and fulfil software development steps in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy Mobile-Web client applications according to study specifications
- Integrate clinical research data acquisition applications with backend project-specific databases
- Participate as a software development member of a project team lead by a Project Manager and including contributors from Clinical Study Design, Software Quality Assurance, and Data Delivery
- Contribute to the development of specifications, planning, and deployment scheduling process and fulfil software development steps in a timely manner
- Update and improve the functionality of standard libraries and develop semi-custom implementations for specific clients
- Adhere to relevant Clario Standard Operation Procedures
- Manage the Development Life-Cycle of clinical trial study data collection applications
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a primary domain
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and its fundamentals, such as ES6+ syntax and asynchronous programming
- Experience with Grunt for task automation and build processes
- Knowledge of HTML, XML, and JSON for front-end development
- Experience with Jasmine or similar testing frameworks for unit and integration testing
- Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies and tools
Nice to have
- Experience with React or other front-end frameworks
- Knowledge of Node.js for server-side development
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools
- Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms
- Experience with Docker and containerization
