We are looking for a Senior JavaScript Developer, you will join our remote team to work on an exciting project. You will play a critical role in delivering high-quality software, ensuring that all development activities comply with established industry standards and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Provide the development of innovative solutions using JavaScript and related technologies to enhance ServiceNow's core functionality
- Collaborate closely with other developers and stakeholders to ensure that the software meets all specified requirements and adheres to established industry standards and best practices
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, optimizing the software's performance and functionality
- Debug complex problems and provide scalable and performant solutions to enhance the overall functionality
- Ensure that all software components comply with the customer's infrastructure and security standards, adhering to best practices
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in development practices and technologies
- Mentor less experienced developers to improve their skills and careers
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in JavaScript development, with a strong foundation in JavaScript fundamentals and object-oriented programming concepts
- Advanced level in TypeScript, ReactJS, Angular, AngularJS for seamless frontend development
- Proficiency in unit testing, ensuring the reliability and functionality of the software
- Experience in HTML/CSS, with a deep understanding of web standards
- Strong problem-solving and engineering thinking skills, with a strong algorithmic thinking ability
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, demonstrating excellent communication and coordination skills
- Advanced English language skills (Upper-Intermediate level)
Nice to have
- Experience with other ServiceNow modules, enabling the development of a more comprehensive solution
- Knowledge of Fusion, or willingness to learn it
