We are seeking a highly skilled Senior JavaScript Developer to join our remote team and work on designing and developing web applications. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of relevant hands-on experience in ReactJS, Node.js, JavaScript, and Mocha. As a Senior JavaScript Developer, you will be responsible for ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs, optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability, and collaborating with other team members and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop new user-facing features using Angular, Node.js, TypeScript, Git, and HTML
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to deliver high-quality products
- Contribute to the development of technical specifications and project plans
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Ensure code quality, performance, and reliability through testing and code reviews
- Participate in agile development processes and ceremonies
Requirements
- 3 years of relevant hands-on experience in Angular, Node.js, HTML5, CSS3, Typescript, JavaScript
- Strong proficiency in Jest and Mocha
- Experience in designing and developing web applications, with a focus on performance optimization, scalability, and user experience
- Familiarity with source code configuration management software like GIT
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and programming languages
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English at an upper-intermediate level
Nice to have
- Familiarity with other programming languages, such as Python or Java
- Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS or Microsoft Azure
- Experience with front-end frameworks, such as React or Vue.js
- Experience with back-end frameworks, such as Express or Django
