We are seeking a Senior JavaScript Developer to join our remote team.
You will work on our flagship project, a web application designed to streamline and automate business processes. Our technology stack includes JavaScript, Python, VueJS, and Webpack. Your role will be to lead the development of new features, improve existing functionality, and collaborate with other developers and stakeholders to ensure the application's success.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of new features and improvements for our flagship web application
- Collaborate with other developers and stakeholders to ensure the application's success
- Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Mentor and support junior developers in the team
- Continuously improve the application's performance and scalability
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in JavaScript development, with experience in VueJS preferred
- Experience working with Python, PostgreSQL and MongoDB
- Expertise in state management with Vuex and server-side rendering with Nuxt
- Proven track record of building scalable and performant web applications with Node.js and Webpack
- Ability to work independently and lead a team of developers, providing guidance and support when necessary
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English, with an Upper-Intermediate level of proficiency
Nice to have
- Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms
- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
