Senior JavaScript Developer (AWS)

We are looking for a highly proficient Senior JavaScript Developer with expertise in AWS to join our team. In this role, you will work on designing, building, and optimizing scalable web applications while integrating cloud-based solutions. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic team, tackle complex challenges, and contribute to the development of innovative products. You will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that align with business objectives and technical requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain robust and scalable web applications using JavaScript and AWS technologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and backend developers, to deliver seamless solutions
  • Write clean, reusable, and efficient code that adheres to industry best practices
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to project standards
  • Optimize application performance to ensure smooth operation across multiple environments
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to maintain system stability and reliability
  • Implement responsive designs to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces
  • Contribute to the architecture and design of new features and system enhancements
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in JavaScript, AWS, and front-end technologies
  • Participate in Agile workflows, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
Requirements
  • At least three years of professional experience working with JavaScript in a production environment
  • Proficiency in TypeScript, with the ability to write strongly typed, maintainable, and scalable code
  • Extensive knowledge of AWS services such as Lambda, S3, API Gateway, and DynamoDB, including deployment and configuration
  • Strong expertise in React, including building reusable components and managing component lifecycle
  • Experience with Redux and/or Flux for effective state management in complex applications
  • Proficiency in unit testing frameworks such as Jest, Karma, or Mocha, with experience writing and maintaining test coverage
  • Expertise in build tools like Webpack, Gulp, or Grunt to automate workflows and optimize project builds
  • Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken, with a proficiency level of B2 or higher
Nice to have
  • Experience with serverless architecture for building and deploying cloud-native applications
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes for managing application environments
