We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Solution Architect to lead our client's modernization project, including business and cloud transformation initiatives.
As a Senior Solution Architect, you will work closely with our clients to understand their unique business needs, assess existing mainframe systems, and design innovative solutions that drive digital transformation. Your expertise in legacy technologies, cloud integration, and modernization strategies will be essential to the success of this project.
You will be responsible for architecting modernization strategies that align with client objectives, including re-platforming, re-factoring, re-architecting, and cloud migration. You will also have a strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Lead the modernization project, including business and cloud transformation initiatives
- Collaborate with clients to understand their unique business needs and assess existing mainframe systems
- Design innovative solutions that drive digital transformation
- Architect modernization strategies that align with client objectives
- Ensure the successful implementation of modernization technologies, including re-platforming, re-factoring, re-architecting, and cloud migration
- Guide and mentor the team in solution architecture and modernization technologies
- Provide technical leadership and expertise to the team
- Collaborate with stakeholders, demonstrating excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ensure compliance with relevant architecture frameworks and standards
- Continuously evaluate industry trends and best practices to refine and implement the most effective modernization strategies
- Minimum of 12 years of practical hands-on experience in software development with a strong background in Java
- At least 5 projects in a technical team lead role with constant hands-on work during the last 3 years
- At least 4 years of experience as a Software Architect
- Strong knowledge of legacy technologies, cloud integration, and modernization strategies
- Proven experience in business and IT transformation initiatives
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP
- Expertise in architecture design, including solution architecture
- Experience in modernization technologies, including re-platforming, re-factoring, re-architecting, and cloud migration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively lead and manage a team
- Advanced English language skills (C1+ level) enabling clear communication and discussion with the team and stakeholders
- Ability to work remotely with occasional office work
- Proficiency in Spring and ReactJS
- Experience with for developing dynamic and responsive web applications
- Certifications in relevant technologies and architecture frameworks
