We are seeking a Senior Java Developer to join our remote team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality software applications using Java and related technologies. Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality software applications using Java and related technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, designers, and other developers, to deliver software solutions that meet business requirements
- Contribute to the design and architecture of software systems
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that adheres to coding standards and best practices
- Perform code reviews and provide feedback to other developers
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment
- Identify and troubleshoot software defects and issues
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Java development
- Strong understanding of Microservice Architecture Pattern
- Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Proficiency in Apache Kafka and REST API design
- Experience with Unit Testing and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)
- Expertise in Angular and SQL
- Knowledge of Spring Framework
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (B2 level)
Nice to have
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Cassandra
- Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks such as React or Vue.js
