We are seeking a Senior Java Developer to join our remote team and work on our exciting project. As a Java Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable, and secure applications. You will work with cutting-edge technologies and frameworks, including Microservice Architecture Patterns, Amazon Web Services, Apache Kafka, REST, Unit Testing, Spring Boot, CI/CD, NoSQL Databases, and Angular.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and secure applications using Java and related technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners, Architects, and QA Engineers, to deliver high-quality software solutions
- Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality, best practices, and standards are followed
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
- Develop and maintain automated tests to ensure software quality and stability
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and practices
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Java development
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Java development
- Experience with Microservice Architecture Patterns and Amazon Web Services
- Expertise in Apache Kafka, REST, Unit Testing, Spring Boot, CI/CD, and NoSQL Databases
- Experience with Angular or similar front-end frameworks
- Strong knowledge of Java 8
- Experience in designing and developing complex systems with high scalability and performance
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and development practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (B2 level)
Nice to have
- Experience with AWS Lambda and AWS API Gateway
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
