We are seeking a highly skilled remote Senior Java Developer to join our team, working on a distributed messaging environment project with cutting-edge technologies.
As a Senior Java Developer, you will be responsible for delivering high-performance code that is tested and optimized, ensuring the reliability and scalability of our software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, product management, and operations, to craft clean code using design patterns and OO concepts, ensuring code is highly maintainable. Responsibilities
- Deliver tested and optimized high-performance code for a distributed messaging environment
- Participate in the resolution of production issues and lead efforts toward augmenting a DevOps culture
- Contribute to vigilantly rewriting, refactoring, and perfecting code
- Work with QA, product management, and operations in an agile environment
- Craft clean code using design patterns and OO concepts, to ensure code is highly maintainable
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Java development, demonstrating your expertise in designing and developing robust, scalable, and high-performance applications
- Working knowledge of ReactJS, Amazon Web Services, Docker, and Spring Boot, enabling you to build and deploy applications effectively
- Practical experience with distributed systems, including messaging and streaming architectures, ensuring the reliability and scalability of our software solutions
- Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving production issues, showcasing your ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and strong critical thinking capabilities to effectively convey feedback and insights
- Good organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset, crucial for meticulous testing efforts
- Fluent spoken and written English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher, enabling effective communication

- Experience with DynamoDB, S3, Lambda, Docker, Dropwizard, DataDog, Looker, Splunk
