We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Java Developer to join our remote team and help us deliver top-notch software solutions. As a Senior Java Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our core software products, as well as designing and developing new features. You will also be responsible for ensuring that our products are scalable, reliable, and secure. In this role, you will work closely with other developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand the requirements and design solutions that meet those requirements.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements
- Collaborate with other developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and design solutions that meet those requirements
- Ensure that our products are scalable, reliable, and secure
- Mentor and coach junior developers
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Java
- Expertise in Angular, Apache Kafka, Amazon Web Services, Microservice Architecture Pattern, REST, Unit Testing, Java 8, CI/CD, Databases, and Spring Boot
- Strong understanding of software development best practices, including Agile methodologies
- Experience with code versioning tools such as Git
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate level)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
Nice to have
- Experience with React or Vue.js
- Knowledge of NoSQL databases
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with machine learning and artificial intelligence
