We invite a Senior Java Developer with AWS competency and a profound understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms to become part of our remote team.

As a Product Engineer, your responsibility will encompass the design and development of software solutions that are both scalable and maintainable. Your technological proficiency should range across numerous areas such as Java, Kotlin, Scala, and Go Language, complemented by Spring and Java Microservice Infrastructure. Working alongside a diverse team of developers, testers, and other stakeholders, you will ensure efficient and timely product delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Cross-functional team collaboration for project requirement comprehension and solution delivery
  • Design and implementation of scalable, maintainable software solutions
  • Adherence to clean coding principles in code creation and maintenance
  • Code review for enforcing coding standards
  • Establishment and preservation of automated tests for quality assurance
  • Active participation in Agile/Scrum development process and activities
  • Timely delivery of high-quality code
  • Documentation related to code and system architecture
  • Involvement in system design and architecture discussions
  • Providing guidance to junior developers as a technical mentor
Requirements
  • Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • A minimum of 4 years of software development experience, with a focus on Java
  • Prior engagement with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • Proficiency in Data Structures and Algorithms
  • Experience with Kotlin, Scala, or Go Language
  • Familiarity with optimizing complex, high-load systems with transactions
  • Experience in the creation of unique solutions (features)
  • Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL tools, APIs, and Integration
  • Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools
  • Expertise in Spring and Java Microservice Infrastructure
  • Strong ownership mentality and proactive problem-solving abilities
  • Fluency in English, with an upper-intermediate or higher proficiency level, and effective verbal and written communication skills for remote collaboration
Nice to have
  • Exposure to containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
  • Hands-on experience with Big Data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark
  • Familiarity with Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence technologies
