Senior Java Developer with Hibernate

We are looking for an experienced remote Senior Java Developer with strong knowledge of Hibernate Stack to work as a member of our dynamic IT team.

You will collaborate with our finance professionals to determine business functional requirements. Your responsibilities will include designing and developing new features on portfolio management applications, executing unit and system tests, and analyzing production applications for efficient programming solutions. You will actively participate in different Agile ceremonies and take complete ownership of feature development throughout all phases from analysis to production release.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to determine business functional requirements
  • Design and develop new features for portfolio management applications
  • Execute unit and system tests, verify and document the results
  • Analyse production applications and services issues to determine efficient programming solutions
  • Actively participate in different Agile ceremonies and take complete ownership of feature development throughout all phases from analysis to production release
Requirements
  • A degree in computer sciences, coding, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in Java-based programming and transactional systems
  • Proficiency in Spring framework, Hibernate/JPA, REST services, and SQL
  • Familiarity with management configuration tools such as Maven, GIT, Bamboo
  • Experience in Java Swing, React, TypeScript, and GraphQL
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong teamwork skills
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English (B2+)
