We are in search of a skilled Senior Java Developer with proficiency in AWS, ReactJS, and Data Structures and Algorithms. The successful candidate will be able to make a remote contribution to our top-tier product.
This role requires a sense of ownership and a proactive approach to problem-solving. As an experienced Java Developer, your vital role will involve enhancing and developing our product, delivering high-quality solutions that surpass customer expectations.
Responsibilities
- High-quality software solution design, development, and maintenance using Java and related technologies
- Cross-functional team collaboration for requirement analysis and innovative solution delivery
- RESTful API development and maintenance for seamless integration with other systems
- Scalable microservice architecture design and development using Spring Boot and related frameworks
- Adherence to software development best practices through clean, maintainable, and testable code writing
- Participation in code reviews to ensure code quality and standards
- Deployment and maintenance of software applications on Amazon Web Services (AWS) or similar cloud platforms
- Software issues troubleshooting and debugging to provide timely solutions
- Keeping abreast with emerging trends and technologies in software development
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Over 4 years of relevant experience with Java programming language, and a thorough understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms
- Prior experience with Kotlin, Scala, or Go Language
- Comprehensive knowledge of Clean Code with System design and analysis
- Experience with Microservices, API & Integration Standards, SQL, and NoSQL tools
- Proficiency in Amazon Web Services
- Familiarity with ReactJS, Spring, and CI/CD tools and practices
- Excellent requirement elicitation skills and a holistic view
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to find complex issue solutions
- Proven record of delivering high-quality software products
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills (Upper-Intermediate Level)
Nice to have
- Experience in React Native and mobile development
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework
