We are seeking a Senior Java Developer with expertise in Data Structures and Algorithms to join our remote team. Your main focus will be on the development and improvement of our product, demonstrating ownership and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving, working in a cloud environment, and delivering high-quality products that meet or exceed customer expectations. As a seasoned developer, you must have experience working with high-loaded systems and optimization of a complex system with transactions.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality software solutions using Java, AWS, and other relevant technologies and frameworks
- Optimize and improve existing software solutions to ensure they are robust, scalable, and maintainable
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet or exceed customer expectations
- Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and other team activities to ensure that the team is delivering high-quality code and adhering to best practices
- Take ownership of projects and demonstrate a proactive attitude towards problem-solving
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends to ensure our products are innovative and competitive
- Engage with your mentor for continuous learning and development of technical and soft skills
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience with Java and strong knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms
- Proficiency in Kotlin, Scala, or Go languages
- Experience working with high-loaded systems and optimization of a complex system with transactions
- Experience with AWS and Clean Code
- System Design knowledge and Microservices and Spring expertise
- API & Integration Standards knowledge
- Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL tools
- Experience with CI/CD
- Experience in creating out of the box solutions
- Ownership experience and big picture view mindset
- Requirement elicitation experience
- Upper-Intermediate English level proficiency
