We are looking for a Senior Java Developer with Data Structures and Algorithms to join our remote team. As a professional in this role, you will be responsible for developing and improving the product, with a focus on quality and delivering high-quality products that meet or exceed customer expectations. You will have to demonstrate ownership and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving and working in a cloud environment. We are looking for a developer with out-of-the-box thinking and solution thinking experience, who can work with high-loaded systems and optimize complex systems with transactions.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and improve the product with a focus on quality and delivering high-quality products that meet or exceed customer expectations
  • Demonstrate ownership and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving and working in a cloud environment
  • Work with high-loaded systems and optimize complex systems with transactions
  • Use Kotlin/Scala/Go languages to create solutions
  • Ensure clean code is written
  • Design systems
  • Develop microservices and use Spring as a framework
  • Ensure API & Integration Standards are followed
  • Work with SQL and NoSQL tools
  • Implement and follow CI/CD processes
  • Create out-of-the-box solutions
  • Take ownership of tasks and have a big picture view mindset
  • Elicit requirements from stakeholders
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience with Java, preferably with a focus on data structures and algorithms
  • Expertise in Data Structures and Algorithms
  • Knowledge of Kotlin/Scala/Go languages
  • Experience working with high-loaded systems and optimization of a complex system with transactions
  • Experience with AWS
  • Ability to write clean code
  • System Design knowledge
  • Experience with Microservices and Spring
  • Knowledge of API & Integration Standards
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL tools
  • Experience with CI/CD
  • Ability to create out-of-the-box solutions
  • Experience with requirement elicitation
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English proficiency
Nice to have
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
  • Experience with Apache Kafka
