We are seeking a Senior Java Developer with expertise in Data Structures and Algorithms to join our remote team. As a member of our team, you will work on developing and improving our product while demonstrating ownership and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving in a cloud environment. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality products that meet or exceed customer expectations, with an out-of-the-box solution thinking mindset. You will have experience working with high-loaded systems and optimization of a complex system with transactions.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-quality software solutions with Java
- Optimize the system to meet high-load requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
- Maintain code quality standards and ensure code reviews are conducted
- Ensure that the product meets or exceeds customer expectations
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of software development processes
- Participate in technical interviews of potential team members
- Mentor and develop junior team members
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience with Java
- Expertise in Data Structures and Algorithms
- Experience working with high-loaded systems and optimization of a complex system with transactions
- Knowledge of Kotlin/Scala/Go languages
- AWS is a must-have
- System Design knowledge
- Clean Code expertise
- CI/CD expertise
- Microservices and Spring proficiency
- API & Integration Standards knowledge
- SQL and NoSQL tools proficiency
- Out-of-the-box solutions creation experience
- Ownership experience with a big picture view mindset
- B2+ English level proficiency
Nice to have
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Knowledge of distributed systems and architecture
