We are in search of a skilled Senior Java Developer with expertise in AWS, ReactJS, and Data Structures and Algorithms, ready to make remote contributions to our top-tier product.
This role requires ownership and a proactive approach to problem-solving. As a seasoned Java Developer, you will be integral to the enhancement and development of our product, consistently delivering top-quality solutions that surpass customer expectations.
Responsibilities
- High-quality software solutions design, development, and maintenance using Java and related technologies
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams for requirements analysis and innovative solution delivery
- Development and maintenance of RESTful APIs for seamless integration with other systems
- Scalable microservices architecture design and development using Spring Boot and related frameworks
- Writing of clean, maintainable, and testable code while adhering to software development best practices
- Participation in code reviews to ensure code quality and standards
- Deployment and maintenance of software applications on Amazon Web Services (AWS) or similar cloud platforms
- Troubleshooting and debugging of software issues and provision of timely solutions
- Maintaining current knowledge on emerging trends and technologies in software development
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience with the Java programming language, and deep understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms
- Experience with Kotlin, Scala, or Go Language
- Profound knowledge of Clean Code with system design and analysis
- Experience with Microservices, API & Integration Standards, SQL, and NoSQL tools
- Proficiency in Amazon Web Services
- Familiarity with ReactJS, Spring, and CI/CD tools and practices
- Exceptional requirement elicitation skills and big-picture view
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to find solutions to complex issues
- A proven track record of delivering high-quality software products
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate Level)
Nice to have
- Experience in React Native and mobile development
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework
