We are presently in search of a remote Senior Java Developer with Data Structures and Algorithms to join our team. Your role involves developing and enhancing our product with a focus on quality and ownership. You are expected to showcase proactive problem-solving skills, delivering high-standard products that surpass customer expectations. This opportunity is ideally suited to someone with in-depth knowledge and experience in data structures and algorithms, along with proficiency in Java/Kotlin/Scala/Go, clean code, system design, microservices, APIs and integration, SQL, NoSQL tools, and CI/CD.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop top-notch software solutions using Java/Kotlin/Scala/Go, clean code, system design, microservices, APIs and integration, SQL, NoSQL tools, and CI/CD
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the software solutions exceed customer expectations
- Take part in code reviews to ensure that the code is of high quality and aligns with best practices
- Co-operate with the team to continuously improve the software development process
- Contribute to the overall architecture and design of the software solutions
- Demonstrates ownership and a proactive approach towards problem-solving
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience with Java
- Proficiency in Kotlin/Scala/Go and clean code
- Expertise in data structures and algorithms
- Knowledge of microservices and Spring
- Strong experience with system design
- Knowledge of API & Integration Standards
- Experience with CI/CD
- Experience in delivering high-quality products that meet or exceed customer expectations
- Ability to demonstrate ownership and a proactive approach towards problem-solving
- Upper-Intermediate proficiency in spoken and written English
