We are seeking a Senior Java Developer with expertise in Data Structures and Algorithms to join our remote team. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and improving our product, while demonstrating ownership and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving in cloud environment. Your work will be focused on delivering high-quality products that meet or exceed our customer's expectations. You will be expected to think out of the box and create solutions that optimize complex systems with transactions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and improve the product
- Work in a cloud environment with ownership and proactive attitude towards problem-solving
- Deliver high-quality products that meet or exceed customer expectations
- Think out of the box and create solutions that optimize complex systems with transactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Participate in code reviews and adhere to Clean Code principles and practices
- Ensure that the product meets the API and Integration Standards
- Work with SQL and NoSQL databases tools
- Build CI/CD pipeline and ensure that the product is deployed successfully
- Ensure system design knowledge and experience align with the needs of the product and the business objectives
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience with Java development
- Expertise in Data Structures and Algorithms
- Knowledge of Kotlin, Scala, or Go languages
- AWS experience is a must-have
- System Design knowledge and experience
- Clean Code principles and practices
- Microservices and Spring proficiency
- API and Integration Standards knowledge
- CI/CD pipeline understanding and experience
- SQL and NoSQL databases tools expertise
- Experience working with high-loaded systems and optimization of complex systems with transactions
- Ownership experience with a big-picture view mindset
- Experience in creating out of the box solutions
- Upper Intermediate English proficiency
Nice to have
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools
- Expertise in front-end development frameworks like Angular or React
