We are looking for a Senior Java Developer with Data Structure and Algorithms expertise to join our remote team. You will be responsible for developing and improving the product, demonstrating ownership and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving, and working in a cloud environment. Our team focuses on quality, delivering high-quality products that meet or exceed customer expectations. We are looking for someone with out of the box thinking solution thinking, experience working with high loaded systems, and optimization of a complex system with transactions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and improve the product, taking ownership and applying proactive problem-solving skills
- Work in a cloud environment with a focus on delivering high-quality products that meet or exceed customer expectations
- Utilize out of the box thinking to find solutions to complex problems
- Optimize complex systems with transactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project completion
- Continuously improve technical skills and knowledge through ongoing learning and development
- Contribute to the development of best practices for software development and delivery
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience with Java
- Expertise in Data Structure and Algorithms
- AWS experience is a must-have
- Experience with Kotlin/Scala/Go languages
- Clean Code experience
- System Design knowledge
- Knowledge of Microservices and Spring
- API & Integration Standards knowledge
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL tools
- CI/CD experience
- Experience working with high-loaded systems and optimization of a complex system with transactions
- Ownership experience with a big picture view mindset
- Experience in creating out of the box solutions
- Requirement Elicitation experience
- Upper Intermediate English proficiency
Nice to have
- Experience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with event-driven architecture and messaging systems like Kafka and RabbitMQ
