Currently, we are looking for a remote Senior Developer with 3+ years of strong experience with Java 8+ and experience in the implementation and testing of microservices to join our team.
The customer is a Dutch grocery retail company. Its business format includes supermarkets, convenience stores, hypermarkets, online grocery, online non-food, drugstores, and liquor stores.
Responsibilities
- Writing high-quality code
- Offering good solutions for business problems
- Working together with other team members on achieving common goal
- Performing code review of other team members
- Providing estimates for tasks
- Communicating with the customer when it is required
- Meeting deadlines
Requirements
- 3+ years of development experience with Java 8+
- Experience with Gerit, Jenkins, Grafana, Sonar
- Experience in implementation and testing of Microservices
- Experience with Basic commands like Grep, Cat, More/Less, etc.
- Knowledge of Linux
- Experience with Kubernetes
- Experience with Cloud (Microsoft Azure)
- Experience with Maven
- Experience with Docker
- Understanding of Relational Databases
- Understanding of NoSQL
- Knowledge of Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Integration API
- Knowledge of testing (Unit + Integration)
- English level B2+
Nice to have
- Experience with Kotlin
- Experience in Cosmos DB
- Experience in Performance Testing of microservices via Gatling or JMeter
