- Request fulfillment
- Runbook execution
- Provisioning and configuration
- Incident management
- Identity and Access management
- Availability management
- Patching and system updates/ upgrades
- Configuration of Web sites and application management
- Backup and Recovery
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with Java
- Knowledge of HTML and JavaScript
- Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager
- Understanding of SAP Hybris Commerce
