Senior Java Developer for a Manufacturing company

Enhancement to the Purchasing Galaxy system and to support purchasing processes for direct materials RB wide

Design and implementation of technical solutions based on user requirements following a tailored agile working model adhering to Scrum

Review and optimization of new and existing features with respect to quality targets especially performance and stability

Integration of external systems based on common interface technologies on application and database layer

Technical guidance of junior developers on demand

 3+ years of experience in Java Development

 experience with Java Enterprise Application Development using Spring Core, MVC, Security, Data/JPA as well JPA/Hibernate

 Deep understanding of Spring Boot, Docker and Web Service infrastructure

 Deep understanding and of relational database management systems in particular Oracle 12c and 19c

 Basic understanding of ElasticSearch and Kafka

 Basic understanding of interface technologies for SOAP and REST Web Services

 Basic understanding of SQL performance tuning concepts/techniques

 Basic understanding of GraphQL

 Basic understanding of Angular 2 or higher appreciated

 Experience with build/configuration management tools in particular Maven and Jenkins

experience working in agile software development projects

Experience as lead developer for small development teams (consisting of 2-3 developers) appreciated
