Responsibilities
- Build backend microservices and REST APIs using Java and Spring Boot
- Develop and maintain clean, reliable code aligned with team standards
- Write unit tests with JUnit to ensure high coverage and correctness
- Conduct code reviews and provide actionable feedback to peers
- Apply engineering best practices such as CI, code review, and testing
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies, planning, and estimation sessions
- Collaborate with distributed teammates to deliver sprint commitments
- Mentor developers and support consistent technical execution
- Investigate defects and performance issues and implement fixes
- Learn new technologies and patterns as needed to support delivery
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong Java and Spring Boot experience in production systems
- Hands-on REST API development experience for backend services
- Solid SQL skills with relational database design and querying
- Proven code review and quality assurance discipline
- Strong unit testing skills with JUnit and test-driven practices
- Agile Scrum experience with estimation and sprint ceremonies
- Mentoring or technical leadership experience supporting other developers
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2)

- Experience with GitHub Copilot
- Familiarity with Microservice Architecture Style
