We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer to join our team remotely. As a Java Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our applications, utilizing microservice architecture patterns and the Spring framework. You will also have a solid understanding of application design and event-driven architecture, as well as experience with web services (REST).

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain applications utilizing the microservices architecture pattern
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement software solutions
  • Participate in Agile and Scrum methodologies to contribute to the development of our e-commerce platform
  • Ensure the quality of the code through testing and code review
  • Identify and troubleshoot software defects and issues
  • Provide technical guidance to junior developers
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Java development
  • Expertise in the Spring framework (Core, MVC, Boot)
  • Solid understanding of application design
  • Understanding of Event-Driven Architecture
  • Experience with WebServices (REST)
  • Understanding of microservices architecture
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • Experience in e-commerce development
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate level)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Fast learner
Nice to have
  • 1+ year of Hybris development experience
