Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java software applications, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into innovative software solutions
- Lead the development of software components, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices
- Contribute to system design and architecture initiatives, ensuring efficient and scalable software development processes
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a positive learning environment and promoting professional growth
- Provide support and maintenance for software applications, ensuring optimal performance and reliability
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Java development, demonstrating expertise in algorithms and data structures
- Strong knowledge of Kotlin, Scala, or Go language for efficient development
- Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL tools for effective data querying and manipulation
- Experience with APIs and integration for effective software development processes
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices, promoting efficient and reliable software development processes
- Expertise in Spring for the development of scalable and efficient Java microservices infrastructure
- Strong ownership and proactive attitude toward problem-solving
- Fluent English communication skills at an Upper-Intermediate level, facilitating effective collaboration and communication
Nice to have
- Experience with cloud technologies and their integration into Java microservices infrastructure
- Experience with Big Data technologies and their implementation in Java applications
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as Angular or React
