Currently, we are looking for a remote Senior Java Developer to join our global team.
The customer is a biotechnology company, which engages in the discovery, invention, development, manufacture, and commercialization of medicines.
Responsibilities
- Integration with Amazon Web Services and with customer infrastructure services
- Integration with sequencing data systems
- Data collation from multiple sources
- Data search by multiple criteria
- Data visualization
- Data export
- Automated data ingestion
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Java Development
- Solid experience in Java
- MongoDB and Spring Boot experience
- Understanding CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and Kubernetes
- Experience with AWS Services
- UI development experience
- A self-starter and a quick study
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
Nice to have
- Familiarity with ElasticSearch data indexing/querying
- Familiarity with AWS (S3, Athena, Kinesis, SQS)
- Experience with CI/CD (Jenkins), Git, IDE
- Experience in Healthcare/Life science domain
