We are seeking a Senior Java Developer with experience in the EIS insurance platform to join our remote team. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring EIS workflows and business rules, as well as integrating EIS APIs with other systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Java-based applications for the EIS insurance platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test new features and functionality
- Configure EIS workflows and business rules to meet business requirements
- Integrate EIS APIs with other systems, including Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
- Participate in code reviews and ensure that code meets company standards and best practices
- Identify and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in Java development and the EIS insurance platform
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Java development, with a focus on enterprise applications
- Expertise in the EIS Billing module, including billing frequency, payment methods, payment plans, and collections activities
- Experience in configuring EIS workflows and business rules
- Knowledge of EIS APIs and integration capabilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
- Experience with Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure
- Proficiency in Java Microservice Infrastructure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English at a B2+ level
