Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex systems, ensuring scalability and high performance
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into innovative software development strategies
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering professional growth and knowledge sharing
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of software engineering processes by adopting Agile methodologies and driving CI/CD
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality software products that meet or exceed customer expectations
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in Java development, showcasing expertise in algorithms and data structures
- Familiarity with Kotlin, Scala, or Go Language for efficient and effective software development
- Knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL tools for data querying and manipulation
- Proficiency in APIs and Integration, contributing to efficient software development processes
- Experience with CI/CD practices, promoting efficient and reliable software development processes
- Expertise in Spring for the development of efficient and scalable Java microservices
- Strong understanding of software development ownership and accountability
- Fluent English communication skills at an Upper-Intermediate level, facilitating effective collaboration and communication
Nice to have
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and their implementation in software development
- Understanding of machine learning concepts and their integration into software development pipelines
