Senior Java Developer

We are seeking a remote Senior Java Developer with AWS expertise and 3+ years of relevant work experience to join our talented team. As a Senior Java Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leveraging AWS services to ensure scalability and reliability.

Responsibilities
  • Designing, coding, and testing robust Java applications, following best practices and coding standards
  • Collaborating with architects and team members to implement new features and enhancements
  • Troubleshooting and resolving complex software defects and issues
  • Leading and mentoring junior developers, sharing knowledge and providing technical guidance
  • Participating in code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards
  • Working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver software solutions that meet business needs
Requirements
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience as a Java Developer
  • Strong proficiency in Java programming language and Java Bootstrapping Frameworks
  • Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Solid understanding of REST, SOAP, Spring HATEOAS, and web services
  • Extensive knowledge of AWS cloud services and their integration into software applications
  • Familiarity with Docker, Helm, Java Microservice Infrastructure, Kubernetes, Microservice Architecture Pattern, and Terraform
  • Experience with ReactJS for front-end development
  • Proficiency in Spring Batch, Spring Boot, and Spring Core frameworks
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
  • B2+ English level
Nice to have
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
  • Knowledge of performance optimization techniques
