We are seeking a skilled Senior Java Developer with 3+ years of relevant work experience to join our team in creating a cutting-edge application for staffing management within our company. As a Senior Java Developer, you will collaborate with various stakeholders, design and develop low-latency, scalable, and high-available distributed application services, ensuring the delivery of high-performance solutions. You will play a vital role in all phases of the development lifecycle, writing efficient code and investigating technical issues to support continuous improvement and ensure compliance with specifications.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Application Developers, and QA Analysts to ensure seamless project execution
- Design and develop low-latency, scalable, and highly available distributed application services
- Contribute throughout all phases of the development lifecycle, from ideation to implementation and maintenance
- Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code, adhering to coding best practices and standards
- Ensure that the designs are in compliance with specifications and deliver high-quality software solutions
- Investigate and resolve performance and technical issues that arise in production environments
- Champion continuous improvement by exploring alternative technologies and presenting architectural reviews
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, working effectively as a team player
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in Java development
- Solid understanding of messaging-based architecture and Kafka
- Experience with Spring Framework components such as IoC, MVC, Data, Test, Boot, Transaction, and Security
- Proficiency in performance tuning to optimize application performance
- Familiarity with RESTful Web services for designing and implementing APIs
- Experience with Amazon Web Services
- Familiarity with Kafka and Couchbase for efficient data processing and storage
- B2+ English language level
