Senior Java Developer

We are thrilled to invite a Senior Java Developer to play a key role in our cross-functional scrum team, embedded in a focused business capability POD.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate extensive expertise in Java and the Spring Framework, taking responsibility for the development of backend solutions that drive business progress.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the Java codebase
- Design and implement back-end microservices and REST APIs
- Conduct thorough unit testing to ensure software stability
- Perform code reviews to maintain high-quality standards
- Follow and promote best practices, including code reviews and continuous integration
- Participate in SCRUM ceremonies to improve team collaboration
- Contribute to estimation and planning sessions to ensure project alignment
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members
Requirements
- At least 3 years of development experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; Master’s degree in Computer Science preferred
- Proficiency in Java and Spring Framework
- Competency in creating APIs and understanding of microservices architecture
- Background in financial services, with a focus on wealth management, is appreciated but not required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C1+ level)
