- Design, implement, and maintain complex software systems, ensuring high performance and scalability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions
- Participate in software development processes, including code reviews and testing
- Develop and maintain APIs and integration solutions, ensuring seamless connectivity between systems
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes by adopting Agile methodologies and driving CI/CD
- Promote a culture of quality work, ensuring products meet or exceed customer expectations
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, fostering professional growth and knowledge sharing
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience with Java programming language and its frameworks, particularly Spring
- Familiarity with Kotlin, Scala, and Go Language
- Experience with implementing and optimizing algorithms and data structures
- Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL tools for efficient data querying and manipulation
- Expertise in API development and integration, ensuring seamless connectivity between systems
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools, enhancing software development processes
- Experience with Java Microservice Infrastructure, contributing to scalable and efficient system architecture
- Proficiency in system design, enabling the development of high-performance software systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for quality work
- Strong ownership mentality with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving
- Fluent English communication skills at an Upper-Intermediate level, facilitating effective collaboration and communication
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
