We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer to join our team and focus on integrating various payment methods, including ApplePay, GooglePay, and country-specific payment systems. Responsibilities
- Design and develop features with a high-quality standard and ensure their scalability and performance
- Assimilate business context and company expectations to be creative and relevant in designing and developing features
- Learn and teach through code reviews to ensure the team's growth and development
- Improve the quality and testing of technical components to ensure the best possible performance
- Deploy code up to production and be involved in monitoring it to ensure its integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Java Developer
- Expertise in Spring Boot and Kotlin
- Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Experience with ReactJS and Next.js
- Strong command of MySQL and Postgre databases
- Experience with payment platforms and payment system integration
- Solid understanding of software development principles and industry best practices
- Experience with Git/Gitlab for version control
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Fluent English language skills with an upper-intermediate level
Nice to have
- Experience with RabbitMQ and Redis
- Familiarity with payment systems in travel solutions
- Experience with Mockito for testing purposes
