We are seeking a remote Senior Java Developer to join our team and work on the development and improvement of our product in a cloud environment with a focus on quality. As a part of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality products that meet or exceed customer expectations. You will need out-of-the-box thinking and solution-focused mindset to optimize a complex system with transactions. Your expertise in data structures and algorithms will be vital in delivering the best possible solution for our customers. You will also be working with microservices, Spring, APIs and integration standards, and SQL and NoSQL databases. We are looking for a professional with experience in CI/CD, system design and analysis, and clean code. You will be expected to demonstrate ownership and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
- Develop and improve our product in a cloud environment
- Optimize a complex system with transactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
- Ensure code quality and adherence to standards
- Demonstrate ownership and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
- 4+ years of experience with Java
- Expertise in data structures and algorithms
- Knowledge of Kotlin/Scala/Go languages
- AWS experience is a must-have
- Clean code skills
- System design knowledge
- Experience with microservices and Spring
- API & integration standards knowledge
- SQL and NoSQL database experience
- CI/CD experience
- Experience working with high loaded systems and optimization of a complex system with transactions
- Ownership and big picture view mindset
- Out of the box thinking solution thinking
- Requirement elicitation experience
- Upper intermediate English
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
